Versioned booking rules
The listing's policy, quote, dates, fees, and acknowledgment text are copied into an immutable agreement snapshot. Later policy edits do not rewrite an existing booking.
- The booking detail shows the applicable refund and fee result before confirmation.
- Lister, renter, and platform cancellations use distinct status events and audit records.
- An extension becomes effective only after both sides agree, inventory remains available, and any additional payment succeeds.
