Accurate and lawful participation
List only items you may lawfully rent, describe condition and included parts accurately, disclose known hazards and tracking devices, and keep availability and quantity current.
- Do not manipulate ratings, duplicate accounts, payment flows, or search placement.
- Do not discriminate, threaten, harass, solicit prohibited transactions, or share private booking information outside its intended purpose.
Handoffs and care
Use the confirmed window, one-time handoff code, mutual confirmation, and required condition records. Renters must follow lawful instructions and return the item and included parts in the agreed condition and time window.
- Keep coordination in booking messages so both sides have a shared record.
- Never post or send an exact private address before the paid booking is authorized to reveal it.
Reports and appeals
Members may report a listing, message, review, booking, or account. Staff may preserve relevant evidence, apply proportionate restrictions, and provide an appeal workflow for eligible decisions.
